No account is needed to use this page. This page is the permanent cancellation and withdrawal function for Melognite subscriptions. Both actions are free of charge.

1 · Cancel a subscription (ordentliche/außerordentliche Kündigung)

Submitting sends your cancellation to us. We confirm it by email (durable medium) straight away, with its content and the time we received it. The confirmation states the date your subscription ends; where we need to check something by hand, we send you that date separately without undue delay. You can equally cancel via your account menu (Plan → Manage subscription) or the subscription-management page linked from your receipt (receipts are emailed by FastSpring, the Merchant of Record; the charge on your statement carries the FastSpring descriptor shown on your receipt).

2 · Withdraw within 14 days (Widerruf)

Also for a seed reservation: within 14 days of purchase we refund the full price and release the seed. Choose „Seed reservation“ below and state the seed number and genre in the message.

EU/EEA consumers may withdraw within 14 days of contract conclusion without giving reasons (details and model form: Legal Notice, Section E). We confirm receipt by email without undue delay; refunds are executed by the Merchant of Record (FastSpring) within the statutory period. You may equally declare withdrawal via your account menu (Plan → Manage subscription) or by plain email to hello@melognite.app.
