No account is needed to use this page. Paid checkout is not yet active; once it is, this page is the permanent cancellation and withdrawal function for Melognite subscriptions. Both actions are free of charge.

1 · Cancel a subscription (ordentliche/außerordentliche Kündigung)

Submitting sends your cancellation to us by email. We confirm receipt, the cancellation and its effective date by email (durable medium) without undue delay. You can equally cancel via your account menu (Plan → Manage subscription) or the Paddle customer portal linked from your receipt.

2 · Withdraw within 14 days (Widerruf)

EU/EEA consumers may withdraw within 14 days of contract conclusion without giving reasons (details and model form: Legal Notice, Section E). We confirm receipt by email without undue delay; refunds are executed by the Merchant of Record (Paddle) within the statutory period. You may equally declare withdrawal to Paddle (help.paddle.com) or by plain email to hello@melognite.app.
