Plans
Every plan unlocks Pop, Reggae, Metalcore and Techno, every style, every track; the same composer underneath. A few advanced export options are part of the Pro plan and are marked as such in the app. What differs beyond that is how many new songs you can start each month and how many song exports you take with you (one shared monthly pool across every genre). Exploring a song you already started is always free: replaying it, or reshaping it in the workbench, never counts.

Before You Choose
What counts
A new song is a new seed for your account: the Forge button, the dice, a seed you type in, or a shared link whose song is new to you. Exploring the same song is free: play it again, vary the melody, change structure, style, key, tempo, instruments or chord style as often as you like; none of that counts. A song export is counted the first time you export a new musical version; re-downloading the same version is free through your billing month plus a 5-day grace window. Unused amounts do not roll over.
Monthly or yearly
Both are real options. Paying for a year is charged once a year at the amount shown; the smaller figure is what that works out to per month; it is never billed monthly, and the allowances arrive month by month — the same monthly amounts as on the monthly plan. In most of the EU the checkout charges the same numbers in euros, VAT included (Basic €8.99 / €79.99, Standard €15.99 / €149.99, Pro €26.99 / €249.99). A few EU countries check out in their own currency instead — Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Czechia and Hungary — at the equivalent local price, VAT included.
What you take home
Yours to use commercially — with the paperwork already done. MIDI is note data only; a Studio Recording (Pro) ships with a licence passport naming every sound source it used. No sound in Melognite requires attribution: everything is Public Domain, CC0 or our own work.
Change your plan anytime
Move to a higher tier, or from monthly to annual, whenever you like: the unused time on your current plan is credited pro rata against the new one, so no period is ever paid for twice. Moving down simply takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. After your first 12 months, an annual plan simply continues; from then on you can cancel monthly, and any full unused months are refunded pro rata.
